Artistic Director - David McMicken AM
Responsible for the company’s program, conception and artistic direction of productions, and the engagement and direction of artists and performers to realise these works.

Company Director - Sean Pardy
Responsible for collaborating with the Artistic Director on all executive decisions, to resource and create a healthy and responsible organisation that realises Tracks artistic, community and financial goals.
Associate Artistic Director - Jessica Devereux
Involved in diverse methods of facilitation, creation and direction of performances. Responsible for collaborating on company artistic outputs and additional programming.
Dance Animateur - Kelly Beneforti
Involved in diverse methods of training, facilitation, creation and direction of performances. Provide a training ground for skill development for emerging choreographers and local dancers of diverse backgrounds. Creating opportunities for participation in dance.
Dance Animateur - SJ Spillett
Specialising in youth. Involved in diverse methods of training, facilitation, creation and direction of performances. Provide a training ground for skill development for emerging choreographers and local dancers of diverse backgrounds. Creating opportunities for participation in dance.
Dance Animateur - Rachael Wallis
Rachael Wallis joined the Tracks board in March 2020, as part of the Artistic Leadership Team in 2025 she will continue to contribute the vision of Tracks Dance company while also casually working as an Animateur to facilitate throughout our program. She specialises in working with First Nations dance, and cross-cultural dance is a dancer, choreographer and artistic director, covering both contemporary and traditional dance practices.
Production Manager - Duane Preston
Responsible for the management of productions and technical aspects of the company.
Administrator - Jocelyn Tribe
Responsible for the administration of the company, website management, marketing and general enquiries.
Administrator - Debbie Micairan
Responsible for the administration of the company, website management, marketing and general enquiries (with Tracks July 2022 - May 2024)
Creative Producer - Britt Guy
Responsible for collaborating with the Artistic Director and Associate Artistic Director to realise the artistic, community and financial vision of the company, and to co-manage, develop and nurture community, government and stakeholder relationships (with Tracks 2023 - 2024)
