Executive
Artistic Director - David McMicken AM
Responsible for the company’s program, conception and artistic direction of productions, and the engagement and direction of artists and performers to realise these works.
Company Director - Sean Pardy (until April 2026)
Responsible for collaborating with the Artistic Director on all executive decisions, to resource and create a healthy and responsible organisation that realises Tracks' artistic, community and financial goals.
Company Director - Alana James (from May April 2026)
Responsible for collaborating with the Artistic Director on all executive decisions, to resource and create a healthy and responsible organisation that realises Tracks' artistic, community and financial goals.
Artistic Leadership Team
Rachael Wallis
Rachael Wallis joined the Tracks board in March 2020, while working on several projects. As part of the Artistic Leadership Team, she continues to contribute to the vision of Tracks Dance Company. She specialises in working with First Nations and cross-cultural dance as a dancer, choreographer and artistic director, covering both contemporary and First Nations dance practices.
Kelly Beneforti
Involved in diverse methods of training, facilitation, creation and direction of performances. Provide a training ground for skill development for emerging choreographers and local dancers of diverse backgrounds. Creating opportunities for participation in dance.
Alyson Evans
Alyson leverages her extensive experience in cultural development and social change, along with her MFA in Cultural Leadership, to facilitate Choreolab, fostering an inclusive environment where diverse voices thrive in exploring choreography and self-expression.
James Mangohig
James is an ARIA Award-winning music producer whose vibrant connection to diverse cultural expressions enriches his collaborative efforts across the artistic landscape. Renowned for producing acclaimed soundtracks, he inspires innovative explorations of music that elevate the dance experience.
Jenelle Saunders
Jenelle is a dynamic dance artist and educator. She brings her passion for contemporary movement to life through engaging community projects. With a rich background in both urban and remote education, she inspires creativity and connection.
