Animateurs in the Community

Workshops / Mentoring / Performances

Darwin and surrounds
Throughout the year

Animateuring is the heart of Tracks - nurturing and developing creative relationships with the community. Tracks Animateurs inspire and respond to community needs and invitations, inspiring and upskilling individuals and groups. This brings new ideas and relationships into the Tracks fold. Our team create visibility through appearances, interventions, and pop-up performances as the needs arise, working with a diverse range of communities and ages. As a fundamental aspect of our work, all Tracks core artists operate in this field.

Connection through understanding People and Place

Tracks artists are committed to understanding the people and the place where they live. We build strong and respectful relationships with our diverse population, cultural groups and individual artists. We recognise that our community comprises people who celebrate this as a simple fact of life.
