Alyson Evans is a multi award-winning theatre maker and community artist with a particular focus on cultural development and social change. Alyson has made theatre with remote First Nations communities, young people, people with disabilities, people within juvenile justice and correctional centres, and people from refugee backgrounds locally, as well as in Cambodia, Nepal, India and Europe. Alongside her practice, Alyson recently graduated with an MFA in Cultural Leadership (NIDA) and was awarded the Lynne Williams Award as an Outstanding Cultural Leader.
